Terms

These terms are an agreement between your business and Ignura Ltd (in formation), company number: registration pending, registered address: registration pending. Who can use Ignaru

Ignaru is for businesses. By using it you confirm you are 18 or over and acting for a business, and that you can accept these terms for it. You are responsible for what your team does in Ignaru, including who you contact and what you say to them.

Your team and roles

  • Admins can do everything, including approving sends, managing the plan, inviting people and turning on Auto mode.
  • Operators can build workspaces and prepare drafts, but cannot approve a send.
  • Viewers can look but not change anything.
  • Keep your sign-in and API tokens to yourself. Tokens can do what an Operator can, never more, and expire after a year.

You approve what goes out

Iggy drafts. An Admin approves. No email goes to a lead without an Admin’s yes, given on the Approve screen or in chat when Iggy asks. Approved emails are sent from your team’s connected account, so your team is the sender.

In Auto mode, which only an Admin can turn on, Iggy acts in your other connected apps without asking each time. Email and public posts still need an Admin’s yes. Turn Auto on only if you are happy for Iggy to make those changes.

Outreach rules

  • Only contact people you have a lawful reason to contact, and follow the data protection, email and marketing laws that apply to you and to them, such as UK GDPR and PECR.
  • Your team is the controller of its lead data. Tell people who you are, where you got their details, and how to opt out.
  • Ignaru does not add an unsubscribe link or keep a do-not-contact list for you yet. When someone asks you to stop, stop, and delete them or make sure they are not contacted again.
  • Do not use Ignaru for spam, to deceive people, to harass anyone, or for anything illegal.

Connected apps

You connect apps through Composio and can disconnect them at any time. Iggy only acts in apps you have connected. Each app is used under its own terms, on your account.

AI output

Iggy can be wrong. Read what it writes before you approve it. Approving a draft means you have checked it and you are sending it.

The plan, credits and payment

  • New teams start free, with no card: 1,000 free credits once and, on the Free plan, one workspace. A second workspace needs the Ignaru Team plan.
  • The Ignaru Team plan costs US$49 a month and adds 75,000 credits each paid month. It starts with a 7-day free trial that adds 25,000 credits. You give a card at the start, and the first charge comes when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Each team gets one trial.
  • The plan renews every month until you cancel.
  • Credit packs are one-off: US$10 for 25,000, US$25 for 70,000 and US$100 for 300,000 credits.
  • Credits pay for AI work done on our account. Work on your own AI key, or through your own connected app account, uses no credits.
  • Credits do not expire and stay on your balance if the plan ends.
  • If the plan ends, nothing is deleted or locked. Your workspaces keep working on credits, and you can read and edit all of them, but you can’t add a workspace past the Free plan’s one until the team has a plan again.
  • Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Stripe handles payment.
  • An Admin can cancel or change the plan at any time from Manage plan. [Refund policy: Jawad to confirm, for example “Payments are not refundable except where the law requires.”]

Your data

Your team’s data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Ignaru for you. How we handle personal data is on the privacy page.

When we process personal data for your team (leads, drafts, replies and the rest of your workspace), your team is the controller and we are its processor. We will:

  • process it only to provide Ignaru and on your team’s instructions;
  • make sure our people and providers keep it confidential;
  • keep it secure;
  • use only the providers named on the privacy page, and tell you there before we add one;
  • help you answer requests from the people in your data, and tell you without undue delay if we find a breach affecting it;
  • delete it when you ask, or when you close your account.

Self-serve export and deletion are not built yet. Until they are, ask us and we will do it by hand. If you need a separate data processing agreement, ask.

Our part

We work to keep Ignaru running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change features as the product grows.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months.

Stopping

You can stop using Ignaru at any time. Cancel the plan from Manage plan, and ask us to delete your team’s data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, in particular the outreach rules, and will tell you why unless the law stops us.

Changes

When these terms change we update them here and change the date at the top. If you keep using Ignaru after a change, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
